2014 Texas APCO/NENA Conference

TCOLE Rule Overview Course (#1305)

Effective January 1, 2014: In addition to completing the Basic Telecommunicator Certification Course (1013) and Crisis Communications (2120), individuals taking the licensing exam will be required to complete the TCOLE Rule Overview Course (1305) available on the TCOLE learning website, prior to examination.
