Texas NENA will be holding ENP Study Group Conference Calls every Wednesday at 2:00pm CST beginning March 4th and will run through September. The purpose of these one hour meetings will be to review relevant subject matter, found within the various resources recommended by NENA, in order to prepare for the ENP examination.

These calls will be led by various NENA members who have graciously agreed to share their knowledge. Participants will be able to ask questions and contribute input, as well. The 2009 Study Group Conference Call Schedule is now available online and includes an RSS feed to access audio recordings from each call. You may elect to join the study group every week or you may opt to select specific weeks. Either way, you are sure to enjoy this learning opportunity and become more confident in all aspects of your profession.

The NENA Institute Board has approved an electronic testing program for all ENP examinations.  These testing periods consist of a two-week timeframe scheduled four times a year.   This year’s Fall examination will be October 10-24, 2009. Application deadline for the Fall 2009 testing period is September 10, 2009.

A tentative "review" session is in the planning stages to be held at the annual Texas NENA Conference. The ENP Exam will not be offered during the conference due to electronic testing.
