A Message from the President

I hope that all of you who had the opportunity to join us in San Antonio for the 2007 Annual Conference and Telecommunicator Awards had a fun, educational and productive experience. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to this years’ Conference Co-Chairs, Lisa Dodson and Robert Gonzales, for the excellent job they did in putting together this memorable event. The tireless efforts of the entire Conference Committee made the conference an outstanding success. Thank you to each of you who gave countless hours in preparation for this event; it would not have been possible without you. I would also like to thank the sponsors and vendors who were instrumental in the success of the Conference. It is their continued support of TX-NENA that allows us to provide high quality sessions, attendee activities and networking opportunities.
While the “new year” is still several months away, September marks the new year for
TX-NENA. The 2007-2008 Board was installed during the business meeting on August 29, 2007. It is my honor to present the outstanding men and women who will guide this organization for the coming year:
