ICE for Mobile Phones

ICE - In Case of Emergency Logo (TM) ICE (In Case of Emergency), was the brainchild of an East Anglican Ambulance paramedic Bob Brotchie in Cambridge, England. After years of frustration in trying to get contact information from injured and traumatized individuals, the idea of emergency contact information stored in people phones was born.

Mr. Brotchie worked with Vodafone on a national campaign in England to encourage people to create entries in their wireless phone's address book listed as "ICE". This idea has grown into a commercial offering available in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica and Singapore.

There is no cost to create ICE contacts in your mobile phone; however, if you are interested in additional service offerings you can visit the ICE Contact USA website to learn more.

This is the simple, no-charge process envisioned by Mr. Brotchie.
